“Excellent service! Even called to leave a message that one item was out of stock and that I’d receive a full refund for it. Refund received next day. Fast delivery and was free because my order was over £50”

“Fantastic service, placed my order yesterday late afternoon 23/04/2020, expecting it to arrive next week some time due to the current situation, website clearly stated there maybe delays that are out of there hands so was fully informed and prepared for the delay. To my surprise at 08:30 this morning my package arrives at my door, excellent communications through out my order to inform when the items had been picked and shipped, a very good service especially in these times. Thanks guys”

“Ordered during covid pandemic (first slim's order). The service was good packeged well but it would of been nice to A: Get confirmation that parcel was picked and posted B; If you can't guarantee next day delivery it shouldn't be the only choice at postage. I could not find a standard service choice. By all means the above is not a slate in anyway and can fully understand the problems we are all facing at the moment. I highly recomend and will be using Slim's Detailing more often.”

“Decided to up my game with a Flex polisher and Slims had an excellent offer on the model I wanted. So pleased with it. Also added some Koch Chemie polish and pads. Can't wait to get using it now ! Excellent choice of products, great price and first class delivery service. I really can't fault the level of customer service. Highly recommended !”

“Great service when my sent order had some items missing. One observation, some of the item pictures such as car washing buckets are misleading as it shows three buckets, assuming one item equals three buckets.”

“Very happy with how quickly my order was delivered. My only issue was a lack of communication from my order being submitted to it turning up on my doorstep. After reading other reviews communication appears to be a little hit and miss but isnt something that will stop me ordering again”

“I ordered some products from slim's during the Easter Period, although there was a slight delay in getting the products delivered due to bank holiday weekend and Covid19. I was extremely happy with the timescale, package turned up, nothing leaked, it was well packaged inside so nothing moved about, Only thing i would of liked to see differently would be an email/communication from slims them selves to say that the package had been dispatched as all i received was a text that day to say what time to expect the delivery.”

“Great choice of goods/ equipment and at a reasonable cost. I found the website a little 'clunky' using both my phone and tablet which led to me doubling my orders on a couple of items but I guess it'll all get used in the end. Packaging good however one of my items had leaked slightly in transit. Overall I'm fairly happy and will no doubt be ordering again soon. Thanks”
