“All the products I have seen are well priced and rrp. Delivery was great, although the tracking number didnt work... packaged awesome! nice £50 minimum for free delivery, considering its APC next day, that's not a bad minimum order. I missed an item from my order and immediately rang up to ask to add it on, where I was told basically they couldn't be bothered finding my order to sort it out. thought that was very lazy, especially when I'm trying to give them more business... overall a meh experience. super happy with the items, but this is a review of slims, not bilt hamber.”

“I order from Slims regularly to either buy new or top up my products for my business. Items are always dispatched and received withing a couple of days of ordering and are always well packaged to avoid any damage or breakages. I would highly recommend Slims and I will continue to use them”

“I ordered 2 X Chemical Guys Chemical Resistant Heavy Duty Bottles & Sprayers (32oz). The order arrived quickly even though we are suffereing from the delays caused by the pandemic. The product is well engineered and solid. Wiil last forever. Typical USA quality. Great product, will definately be using again.”

“Second time ordering from slims and can’t fault anything. From start to finish everything was perfect. Ordered late evening and was dispatched the very next working day and arrived a day after that. With the current pandemic, a service that is still able to operate like this is second to none. I would highly recommend anyone to use slims. The more you shop, the more you spend the more you can save in the long run.”

“Next day delivery took a week and when my parcel arrived a bottle was broken. Tried to contact through Facebook and Twitter (they advertise through both) but no response.”

“Used yourselves for a couple of years and everything has been ok. Only problem with last order was it got split as Coventry branch didn’t have all the products. Parcel arrived with only two out of the five and an invoice for less than half the amount I was charged. Had to e mail you were you explained the other parcel was coming the next day. A bit of a better communication telling me that was happening would of been appreciated.”
