“Good choice of brands and excellent delivery service, competitive prices, although trade discount is fairly low. Still a few key brands/products missing. Overall I would and do recommend slims for your detailing supplies.”

“Had issue with a delivery being slightly late. Sadie was brilliant, keeping me informed and dealing with the delivery people. The package arrived with a slight leak on a bottle of product caused by carrier. This was resolved quickly and without fuss. Very pleased with the service and the constant contact. Thank you.”

“Recently placed an order with Slims, and I can honestly say I was surprised when opening the order not only had I received the items, but quite a few feee samples, it maybe only a small thought to most people but it was an incredibly nice touch well thought and superb on the marketing side to try new and not used before products. Well done slims very impressed.”

“Very easy ordering process, competitive pricing, good communication, very prompt delivery. Had to contact customer services about an item damaged in transit - very responsive, no issues dispatching a replacement, arrived next day - issues happen but it's how a company deals with it that makes a difference - Slim's get it all spot on. Would highly recommend using them”

“Fantastic service. An item was damaged in transit and a replacement sent the next day, without me even asking. Bilt Hamber products cheaper than Amazon. Also loved the sample products I received with my order. Can't wait to get cleaning!”
