“Every time I have purchased from Slims I've had great experiences. I am a huge fan of Koch Chemie products, having learned over the years they produce top quality products at affordable prices. Slims are Koch's leading UK supplier, carrying a massive range of products. I've never been dissapointed with either the products or the service. So this time there was a glitch. And this is when you find out how good a company is. I called and spoke to Briony. She investigated what had gone on whilst I was on the call, and quickly got to the route of the problem and resolved it. Top marks in my book, quick, super efficient and easy to talk to. I am more impressed than ever and wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys highly!”

“Easy to use website, found what I needed and completed my transaction in less than 10 minutes and able to pay with PayPal which I like. I received my order 2 days before expected, it was well packed and included 2 free cloths. 10/10”

“As a first time user, this was great. Came with everything I needed and has plenty of difference is speed to tackle any task. Bag is wicked as well, fit loads in it. Great video online on how to use the products as well.”

“Great range of detailing products from top brands, all at credible prices with a very good delivery turnaround, I would’ve given a 5 star review only I called to ask for an approximate delivery date for my order and I was told by the person I spoke to he would call me back only I never received a call back, however, I received my order the day after so all is good now.”

“First order with slims detailing, delivery was very quick, I ordered nattys paste wax white and nattys paste wax red turned up, I emailed slims detailing explaining that I ordered white paste and what was the difference in the 2 , but 4 days later I’m still waiting a reply,”

We would like to apologise for not responding to your email, our customer service team are experiencing a high volume of enquiries at the minute and are also closed on weekends. To answer your question, Natty's Paste Wax red that you received provides protection and shine to all colours of car – the same applies to Natty's white, with the only difference being that the white makes light colours and metallic flake pop that bit more. Natty's Paste Wax white appears to be sold out on the distributor's website, so the red paste wax would have been a substitution to what you originally ordered from us. “I bought the stubby trigger gun and nozzle kit after doing a lot of searching oline and this one has the best price I could find ,it's also a nice piece of kit .Would reccomend .”
