“As always ordering with slims is a nice experience, however APC are not the best. They now do e-cards instead of putting a card through the door. If you're not signed up to them then you won't know. They don't let you know if your delivery has been delivered or taken back to the warehouse. I think dpd would offer a better service.”

“delivery time is good as always but prices could be keener as everything is plus postage so products sometimes work out dear as a third of the cost is carriage .”

“Order placed on Slim, parcel carefully prepared, well protected, processing and sending fast even for France, am fully satisfied with this order, only flat, an item they did not have in stock, they warned me by mail that they would send it to me as soon as they receive it, so I received my order without these articles, and I wait for them to send it to me later, I recommend the whole site”

“The order process did not quite go smoothly. I did not receive an email notifying me of despatch, but the order still arrived next day as expected. However, the tape on the bottom of the box was 95 percent open, which was rather worrying, as the liquid items could have been tampered with and replaced with something else.”

“You need to keep customers informed about their order status. My order was dispatched but I wasn't notified via email. I enquired the status of my order and it unexpectedly arrived the next day. A day later I received an email reply stating it has been dispatched and here's my tracking details. I shouldn't have to be chasing you around and waiting for reply's not knowing which day my items are going to arrive. These are very basic things which should be automated via your system.”

“The ceramic finish product purchased has made my car look fantastic. I needed to call them as the instructions were useless, but a very helpful assistant was courteous and knowledgable, effecting a terrific outcome, really delighted. Some back-office work to do.”

“Good range of products at reasonable prices. On this occasion the products carton was a bit crushed, couriers fault I guess, but a bit more protection might help. Actual product undamaged and after one use I am impressed.”

“I ordered a few bits from Slim’s detailing, all the bottles came brilliantly, no leaks and appropriately packed if there so happened to be a leak! I’m very impressed with the amount of effort which went into the packaging! Although that was all great, I unfortunately didn’t receive one of my items and it was substituted with something I wouldn’t use, although im sure with there great customer service this will be solved in no time at all!”
