“This was my first order from Slim's Detailing and everything went to plan apart from the fact they addressed my parcel to the wrong address and I had to go and retrieve this from a couple of roads over. The address contained a business name that was not supposed to be on the label. I contacted Customer Service 5 days ago but am yet to receive a response. **UPDATE** After having to chase Slims Detailing on a couple of occasions they finally responded and agreed to refund my delivery charge.”

“Good value,very quick delivery.However,the kit I ordered wasn’t in stock despite saying it was on the website.I said I would wait for the remaining items and charge me for the package I wanted.I actually received a lesser kit and although not charged for it wasn’t what I wanted.”

“Fast service, very efficient. Postage too expensive. Have an option for a cheaper standard delivery that could take upto a week. I was in no rush for my order x”

“I’m a big fan of Slims. There always the first place a check for all my detailing needs and I can’t remember the last time I went anywhere else. Tiny gripe with this last order in that the delivery details weren’t updated online so I wasn’t sure it had been dispatched. Quick and pleasant call cleared that up but updating it would have saved us both the call.”
