“Nice and quick shipping. Everything arrived very well packaged with no chances of leaks from the bottles, which makes a nice change compared to some places I've ordered from.”

“Had everything I wanted from Bilt Hamber in stock, plus a few other bits. Easy to order, fairly priced and delivered in a few days. One bottle leaked, but short of taping the lids i’m not sure what else they could have done as the box was well packed with loads of protection. Even chucked in a Slims water bottle, totally unexpected bonus but nice touch. What’s not to like? 👍🏻”

“Ordered some snow foam, no issues. Initially got the item but had leaked in the box but not a problem as I contacted customer support and quickly posted another with no problems. Great price and fast postage, recommended.”

“Great delivery but poor customer service, after receiving a bottle of Koch Chemie WG , No spray nozzle was sent in box , after contacting Slims they stated a nozzle would be despatched but sadly never arrived, contacted Slims again but never got a reply even after I stated the Fed Ex delivery was not my address But have still purchased from Slims , one bad experience can’t put me off but saddens me that couldn’t even reply”

“Ordered what is shown as two spray heads in pictures on the website only to receive one. Then im told the description says “ head” so extremely misleading and expensive for just one. Don’t trust the pictures on the website”

“I find Slim's website easy to use, with clear explanations of what the products "do". Checkout was easy (even drunk me managed, apparently) with good payment options: the parcel was quickly dispatched and arrived in perfect condition. I had it diverted to a DPD pickup which worked well, and stopped everything getting wet when left outside! So. my BH products replenished, and a new one to try. What's not to like?”

“Good products and they had them in stock, which others didn’t have. Great very responsive communication. Had a Little issue with delivery supposed to be on a Saturday but it that was down to the courier. Slims Immediately refunded the difference for the Saturday miss so cannot say fairer than that. Thanks”
