“Great service and fast delivery no faults”

“The parcel did not arrive at all. DPD sent it back to Plymouth Depot without contacting me. Obviously only one delivery attempt. Allegedly, you gave them the wrong address. I am convinced it was the driver's fault. I phoned DPD and said so during the conversation. They said they would get in touch with you about the "wrong address". I doublechecked on your website. I gave you my correct address. Please put things right with DPD. I need the 3M Polish&Wax.”

“I have been buying from Auto Finesse for years and this was my 1st order with Slims. The delivery was quick but unfortunately the wheel cleaner had leaked during transit as had the shampoo and there was no trigger for the wheel cleaner! I contacted customer service who offered to refund half of the cost of the wheel cleaner but I still don’t have a trigger so I’ll have to decant the cleaner into an empty bottle! Not the best experience but I’ll order again, perhaps next time it’ll be better…..”

“What can i say about my slim's detailing experience? TOP REFERENCE! No joke,the variety of choice:absolutely fantastic,the delivery: super fast,prices: very competitive. And most of all the communication: very clear and simple. I only regret since the Brexit it was very complicated to buy from france to your site,but for me your shop is an absolute reference.”
