“Slim's Detailing is everything you could possibly want from a detailing equipment provider. Not only is the product variety impressive and extensive but time and time again I am proven that they have the same price. Along with the points system they have in place, I always feel like I get a fair price and rewarded for ordering from them. Once you've ordered, you can bet you will get a speedy delivery, 9 times out of 10 the delivery turns up faster than you could ever imagine possible. Not only all of that, I've called Slims for support and advice in the past and even when I hadn't bought a product directly from them, when stocking of polishers was tough in lockdown, they offered advice and support which ultimately lead to me resolving an issue. I can't thank the team enough for that. Top products. Top delivery. Top customer service. Only positive feedback and as we are setting up our business Slims will be a business we continue to work with to get top quality products from. “I had two £50 vouchers. On trying to use the first one it said I had to pay for delivery despite the website stating orders over £50 pound were free delivery. After an e-mail it was sorted. A pain. When I tried to use the second, I had no end of problems logging on. E-mail used and finally sorted. Again though I found there was a delivery charge. E-mailed again but no reply, gave up and paid for delivery. To much hassle and will not use Slim`s again.”

“Brilliant product and very quick processing but the only thing I could fault was the delivery courier used. Morelli Group delivered earlier than they said one day so I was not in when they actually turned up, I rearranged for the following day delivery (0850-1050) and they finally turned up at 1400. Just over 3 hours later then the latest timing giving. I’m personally Not so bothered about the delivery issue I didn’t need my delivery urgently, but I would recommend Slim’s maybe bring this concern to the courier themselves as this could be a big problem for others and also those who expect a delivery to arrive at a given time.”
