“it took almost a week before the order was actually shipped. same thing last time i ordered stuff! so gotta say: a little slow.... all best from stockholm, /andres”

“I was charged VAT of 9,95 which I should not be charged since I ordered from the USA! According to Jack "are ecommerce setting does not allow us to change that as we have just started international orders. We are looking into changing that." That should have been taken care of before completing international orders or there should be a way of refunding the money to the person ordering. The shoes ordered arrived as ordered and in a timely fashion. I had to make several calls to get someone who could take my order. If the shoes had not arrived as ordered, this review would be "poor" at best.”

“Sent out a pair of adidas in a box that had been ripped open, had had the tags cut off and the white soles had clearly been worn for a while as they were no longer as white as a brand new pair of shoes should've been. Having said all this, the refund of both price of shoes and postage was dealt with quickly and without a fuss. Extra star for that.”

“Made plenty of orders with slam in the past and it's always a problem free experience with quick delivery. This time I ordered a deck and was fairly disappointed with the packaging - holes through the bag and shrink wrap which let to slight marks on the wheel wells. I thought the packaging would have been more sufficient than this.”

“First order was fine. Second order was not so good in that you took payment and then had to refund because none of the 3 items ordered were in stock . Not good when first , as a customer you think all is fine to find out later it is not and , the payment for an order you could not fulfil was taken immediately and the refund took 5 days to appear in my account”

“Bought a Stussy Military jacket, the garment had a hole at the bottom pocket level. Mainly due to the lightness of the canvas and the wash applied to it, the fabric must have given up in the process. It's a shopping for development so it doesn't matter. For your own good, you guys should watch the quality of the products you sent out. Cheers”
