First order was fine. Second order was not so good in that you took payment and then had to refund because none of the 3 items ordered were in stock . Not good when first , as a customer you think all is fine to find out later it is not and , the payment for an order you could not fulfil was taken immediately and the refund took 5 days to appear in my account
