“Items not dispatched in time for next working day delivery and order was dispatched separately so some arrived in time, some didn’t which was disappointing. When contacting customer support I was given an explanation for why the items were sent separately but not for the late dispatch.”

“Order turned up quickly which was good, wheels were the wrong colour I ordered but I wasn’t overly bothered about that, but the trucks had speed washers missing which delayed me using my new set up however Matt sent me out some and they arrived a couple days later. So all good in the end”

“The service was great apart from I was sent the wrong colour socks. There were two versions available and I was sent the wrong version.”

“The delivery was very fast and everything was packaged well. The prices were decent. However my delivery was split up into two parcels, the first came to my work and the second parcel had the wrong address put on it. Thankfully it was an address within the same building but it happens to be a 16 floor building. I had to go on a mission around the building and call DPD just to find it.”

“Griptape was applied well. Shipping was quick. The deck I ordered came with some minor scratches and a small dent on the side as if someone had dropped it and shuffled it on the floor carelessly. However, this was minimal wear compared to what just casual skating does to the paint job of a board.”
