“Excellent purchase! Amazing service and was delivered before I expected it to be. Very straight forward to assemble, and looks fantastic up. It feels high quality when using it, although I’d say the only slight negative was the quality of the pole, which feels slightly flimsy when using. Otherwise, I cannot recommend enough!”

“Good quality product. Needs two people to install safely even with nails to help support. Used plasterboard rawplugs but the heads on the screws protruded slightly so not allowing the plastic runner to move over them. Had to make the holes in the product slightly larger to allow the screw to be tightened. One suggestion - if the holes in the product were made into slots it would have made it easier to install having a little bit of movement”

“All the blinds are very good and value for money. The remote control one for skylight was a two man job but easy enough to put together and fit and works really well....made such a difference during this heat wave. Blinds for windows that are manual are very good and were easy to install, only thing is the string to operate is very small and on my windows I have to go on tip toe to reach to put blind up and down. Customer service was very good and they were quick to respond and delivery was only 2 weeks.”

“My roof lentern is only 2mm out of square and with the blind supplied they asked me to pack the sides out of level so the blind doesn’t fall out of track. In my opinion tolerances on the manufacture of the blind leaves too little track space for blind to open and close without falling out”

“Took forever to arrive. When arrived the fixings arent really fit for purpose. Instead of it being a skylight blind as advertised, it is a normal blind which you then just turn however, this means that the fixings which they 'expect' to be in wood are unlikely to be and therefore the blind would likely fall down unless you sort this out yourself. Not a huge issue perhaps but annoying for the price point. Average communication. Did fit well.”
