“I think the blind material, componants and black out quality are really good, The instructions are awful, no words, not all parts are included and difficult to follow.”

“Helpful team with a query I had before ordering. Blinds are very good, easy to fit, and were very competatively priced compared to Velux own brand. Blinds did take about 12 days to arrive but then I do live way up in the Scottish Highlands. Will use again.”

Dear Graham,Thank you so much for your 5-star rating of Skylightblinds Direct! We do apologize for the slight delay in delivery, but living in the Scottish Highlands can sometimes affect the transit time. Nonetheless, we're delighted to know that you are still satisfied with your purchase.

“The blinds arrived well packed and in good condition. We had to follow the only video on the site to fit the blinds which we a slightly different style as there were no other instructions, but all worked out OK. It would be helpful with just some minor instructions on how many fivings to use on which blind as we had three different albeit similar blinds. Note, when locating the end bar to the fixings you do need some strenght and follow the instructions carefully, as one of them was particularly awkward but we managed. Delivery via DHL was delayed as they kept in in the depot for three days, but still advised that it was being deliver on each day, so not great. However, all things considered we are happy with the product and service and look forward to many hours in or now shaded glass garden room.”

“We went for the Lantern LITE-Honeycomb-Manual blind, which arrived within 3 weeks of placing the order. Easy to assemble and fit with all parts being numbered, and ensuring enough pairs of hands available to lift and hold the frame in place whilst securing. A couple of minor issues in that the web pages were not clear on the types / colours of blinds available for this product, and I had a little issue with the clamps, thinking that the setting up was different to that in the on-line video as I had 4 clamps. The big up-side is that communication via email and phone with Naomi and Steve resolved theses problems very quickly and we can now sit back and enjoy the shade provided - Thank you to all the team.”
