“My blind arrived with the wrong length side bars, though they did have a label indicating the correct Velux code. Having notified your staff of the problem the support staff service was very good and after some investigation they agreed replacement side-bars were needed. I was told they would be despatched within 2 days however after some time beyond that target no sign of the despatchment was visible to me and I recontacted the support staff. The replacement was subsequently dispatched soon after and arrived promptly. We are well pleased with the blind now it is installed. Have to say the support staff were very good and the problems were probably to be found elsewhere in your organisation. Only able to give three stars and it was nearly a two. Sure you could do better if the problem areas are found and corrected.”

“Quite a large lantern blind needed for our kitchen. Everything arrived carefully packed and assembly began. The youtube videos were a great help to complete the installation. Small adjustment was necessary to get the blind to close completely but this was easily overcome and now works well.”

“They delivered grey blinds instead of the white ones we ordered. When we asked for a replacement or a refund they told me grey is equal to white, to them, for this type of blinds. The item title and content was clearly saying white. Well, what else can I say. Then they told me the pictures are for illustration purposes only (is that a cheap way to lie to customers or not?) and I should order a free sample before I order the items. Well in that case why did you not notify me from the beginning that your item is not really white but grey, to not make an order but send me first me a sample? I am mislead, I've spent £300 they pocketed and that's it. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 clearly states content must be as described by the seller. I have got no time and no courage to deal with scums and an unprofessional company. Even my legal expenses and the trouble are not worth it, and they know it. Have you ever dealt with Amazon customer service? Well, that's the total opposite. You've lost a customer, you got a review and pocketed £300. Well done.”

“The manufacturing tolerance was too exact. It may be that my wooden windows of some age had swollen or had not been manufactured to the exact size? However, I had to cut off approx 5mm of the aluminium frame to fit the windows. The actual blind runners were tight due to the frame being too exact.”

“I waited a long time before ordering, because I was afraid that, because of a much bigger skylight than on the instruction video, we could not manage the fitting ourselves. However, the wonderful sales team convinced me that it was easy and we did it. We’ve had the blind now for some months and are really happy with it, both in Summer and, now, in autumn. We actually have it permanently closed, which still leaves us with plenty of light.”
