Naomi was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process - I wasn't sure what would fit and what would not, so Naomi's help and understanding of my situation was fantastic.
The blind was for a shape & size of window that I hadn't come across anywhere (it's a loft conversion from 1966!) so none of the standard sizes would fit.
The blind was easy to put up, fits perfectly, works well (I went for the Blackout option and is really does shut out all the light when closed, just what I wanted) and it looks great.
I would recommend this company 100%.
