“I have a severe form of eczema on my eyes, unfortunately it didn't help me. My eyes react to anything and everything. It may help someone else with milder symptoms”

“The service and points system is good but none of the products I’ve ordered from here have helped. Kalme for Rosacea and the Oregan Psoriasis shampoo. Neither have made an improvement”

“i ordered 2 of the Clarol Silver Serums as I have bad acne on my face and jawline and thought this product could help. I have only been using it for a week so not seen any improvement yet but am hopeful that it will work soon. I did find it quite expensive for the size, its smaller than i thought it would be for £14 so hopefully it will improve my acne and make it worth it.”

“Jury's out on psoriasis anri plaque shampoo. Sadly no outstanding results but I've only used it once. Smells a bit of coal tar but not so bad.”

“I placed an order and received a confirmation email. At the same time, I received another email offering me 10% off my first order. What is the point of this? I'd already placed my first order! I emailed to highlight this and was told 'sorry, the only way to claim the 10% would be to cancel the order and re-order'! Not a great process or particularly good Customer Service I would say.”

“I'm still awaiting my delivery, it's been in Southampton since Monday 13th with no movement according to Royal mail tracking so not feeling too hopeful it will ever arrive at this stage. :(”

“Little disappointed with the shampoo that stinks like every other cheap coal tar product, that is useless for my psoriasis. Might suit others but not me. I wish the description has said that it’s tar based… I don’t remember reading that it did. It says Tar on the front label but it isn’t listed in the ingredients- certainly not that I can see 🤷‍♀️”

“Products are great but I'm not impressed that the price of the products I buy has increased by 25% in the last year (from £39.99 to £49.99) and that I can't use my reward discount alongside another offer, to make the products affordable. Unfortunately this will therefore be the last time I purchase these.”
