“Good product, however postage for such a tiny item was very expensive! Also the package it came in could have been a quarter of the size they actually used which is such a waste.”

“This is the 2nd bottle I have ordered. I wanted to use the shampoo for a while 1st. Initially I was not overly impressed with the shampoo as it doesn’t smell the best and seemed to be doing little to help, however I started to use it every other day and I have seen an improvement in my scalp. It hasn’t cleared it completely and it doesn’t smell the best but it has definitely helped”

“Fantastic product helps my rosea so much, unfortunately my last order took over a month to arrive in that time my face flared up, tried other creams but not with the same affect. I would have given 5stars but a month is a long time to wait”

“Usually, pretty good....but, recently, I bought a Day Defence Cream for my wife not knowing she had also ordered two of the same item. Imagine the surprise to find one was 20g lighter than the other two! Imagine more of a surprise when Skin Shop claimed that was due to there being more air in that one! As if we are happy to be buying air rather than product!! We have since received a replacement, albeit reluctantly....."on this occasion" being the comment from Skin Shop. Beware!”

“I have been using Silver Serum for almost 6 years. Has it solved my acne problem? No. Has it improved it? Not really. But I like it as a moisturiser and use it for that purpose.”

“Have always loved Skin Shop but the prices have really jumped up and I had to wait a long time for delivery this time despite payment being taken immediately. Also was disappointed that after receiving an offer of a free gift if you spent £15 this had increased to £30 by the time I made the order. There was no expiry date on the offer, I would have ordered earlier if I had known - hoping things go back to the normal great service soon”

“I have been trying this dry eye gel for 2 weeks. I can say it hasn’t done anything for me. My itching is still there and also my eyes are still very red. I just assume it doesn’t suit me. I have read many reviews and it’s worked for them. Brilliant. Sorry not for me.”
