“Can't fault the service at all. First time dealing with Skin Shop. The product - Hydrosil dry eye gel... Disappointed. Having read fhe reviews I was hoping for a positive experience as a life time eczema sufferer. Eye eczema has flared up over the past couple of years. Eye gel didn't really do anything different to other eye creams which are cheaper. Shame really.”

“I have had to wait 7 days for my order to arrive ! I was not kept up to date of its progress! This morning I open my front door only to find the box has been left on the ground all night and is damaged. , even though clear instructions are on the door about a safe place to leave it It could have easily been stolen and I would be out of pocket as I have absolutely no proof of delivery Overall, I am very disappointed !”

“Unfortunately I can't review my purchase because I haven't received it this isn't the fault of skinshop they were let down by royal mail who delivered it to some random address with apparently no comeback on them and I can't trace it”

“I did not find your website very user friendly as, when I tried to search for a particular cream, nothing useful came up and I had to 'phone for an answer. I was also sent an email with an offer code and was uncertain if some parts were letters or numbers! However, having used your products for some years, I have found them good and beneficial.”

“The products are really good. Slightly frustrating that you can't get the deals when buying two shampoos. I don't like the conditioner personally so I never benefit from a deal. Shipping is costly unless I spend a lot of money also. Skin conditions shouldn't be expensive.”

“A bit disappointed as when I removed the top it looked like it had been used as it was all in top and all around the screw top . It was not cheap so I was disappointed it was not sealed like I thought it should have been”

“No complaints about the delivery of this item which came securely packaged and on time. But it did not help my son's eyelid eczema at all. It caused him more skin irritation and burning and he had to stop it after two days. My advice to anyone with severe eczema on the eyelids is to see a dermatologist first before trying expensive over-the-counter ointments advertised in the Daily Mail.”
