“I still struggle with redeeming my points. It is a very complicated system. I use Kalme products and was offered 20% off my order if I purchased more than £50 worth which I did and it was not possible to add the discount I emailed my discontent and requested a contact from customer services Nothing has happened and am not happy about this If only I could buy Kalme products elsewhere but unfortunately for me they are only sold through The Skin Shop”

“Got another order of my Kalme & clarol skin care for my rosacea & acme. This will last approx another 4-6 months. My skin is so smooth, I love it. My skin is definitely much more healthy. One of my products was used, but I was sent a replacement and received it within 48 hours, cluster service is always fab.”

“Fantastic Service , much quicker delivery than I expected . Loved the cool Jiffy bag that my stuff arrived in. As a skincare obsessive I’ve used so many different products over the years. I am in perimenopause which has provided me with lots of skin problems one being spots (never had any before ) and the other extreme dryness and some eczema on my face and around my eyes . It’s an absolute pain and it makes me look 20 years older. Using the eye gel along with some gel tears inside my eyes has been really good and the concealer albeit quite light I really like . It works a bit like YSLs radiant touch tbh ! Really impressed a great product range . Well done 👍”

“I have suffered with red, puffy, itchy and sore upper eyelids for several years, especially since menopause. Dry skin eye gel is wonderful! At first my eyes were more painful as the medication penetrated broken skin. But after an hour, the relief was amazing. I will continue to use this daily.”
