“Never had a problem with skin shop, always received orders on time. I've only ever received an item which was damaged and after a quick picture upload a new one was sent to me straight away without any issues.”

“I use Kalme products daily and add in Clarol face wash and the hydrosil eye products too. The products have almost eliminated my rosacea and Im so grateful. Products are delivered promptly and well packaged.”

“Products arrive promptly, well packaged (though I wish they'd return to the recyclable cardboard boxes), reasonable price given the effectiveness (I rely on Kalme skincare), and sensible tubes you can get another few days of product from if you cut them in half.”

“I have used skin shop for quite a few years but I don't like the new ordering system. I don't want a repeat order every month. I buy it when I need to. I disagree with charging the higher price when ordering a 1 off.”
