“Hello, so I received an email asking for me to review the Skin shop products …… I wish I could but I am still waiting for them to be delivered 10 days after they claim the order has been dispatched. I’ve chased twice but no joy so I can only rate as very poor at this stage. ☹️”

“My order says it’s been delivered on the 13th December. I havnt received it at all and I’ve gone through to tracking the parcel and shows a random photo of proof of delivery in a metal cage?? I am furious that this has now caused further work to chase my money and package!”

Hi Nicola, I'm very sorry about your parcel not being delivered. We did post your parcel on the same day as your order. But sometimes the postal service lets us all down. We always work with customers to replace or trace a lost parcel.

“I have severe eczema (open wounds), your product does provide a few hours of relief from the pain but afte using two tubes of this product my eczema is not clearing up as much as I had hoped. Thank you and enjoy your holidays!”

“I have struggled for many years with rosacea on my nose and across my face. And tried endless cream's which don't work. I saw your product advertised and have decided to try. Only been using it a few days so too early to say. I will keep using it and see if it makes a difference to my skin.”
