“It would be great if the skin shop would ask for a review once the product had been received, granted there are postal strikes delaying the delivery of my order, but a check of the postal tracking number before sending this request would suggest that I cannot review my product and service until I have actually received it.”

“Had problems placing an order via my phone. Contacted customer service via email, she sort of helped. I rang customer service and received better advice as she advised me to order on line on laptop. It worked straight away and offered a choice of 1 of 3 free gifts. On my phone it offered 1. I still haven’t received my order which I’m a little concerned about though.”
