“Originally I left a very poor review. My original comment is below. "I tried to book using an iPad and my phone as was on the go. Your phone lines were done and booking was a slow process. It took me over an hour to book!" Around 6 months later Skiddle contacted my mobile and politically apologised. They said the slowness had been rectified and asked me to kindly try their service again and to leave a review based on that service. I respect that fact they contacted me although the time it took them to do so has been ay to long. I do respect that they re trying to fox the issues which is why now I'd use them again. I haven't bought anything yet because I don't need to purchase anything but can leave a better review when I do. Their desire to solve the issue is commendable. I will hopefully be able to leave a score of more than average. It would be higher had I purchased anything to see how slow process was but navigating the site was pretty decent.”
