Hi Patrick, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. The primary delivery method of our tickets is set by the event organisers and is most commonly our RapidScan barcoded ones. We find this is the most secure, straightforward way for our customers to access their tickets and are also impossible to lose as you can access them at any time. Not to mention it's a great way to save paper! IN the future, if you want something to add into what I'm sure is a tremendous scrapbook, you can always download your tickets as separate PDF files from the collection email you receive at the point of purchase and print them off.
