“Everything went just fine, the only thing I did not like about is, you have to download the app first instead of immediately being able to download the tickets right into the wallet!”

“Probably my age but I found getting my tickets a challenge and had to ask a younger person how to do this - I wanted a paper copy but only seem to get one in my ‘wallet’ - buying the tickets no issue at all 👍”

“The range of events are good and the checkout experience is ok and could probably be better. Getting hold of tickets though is a bit awkward and can definitely be improved. For example my tickets aren't available until September but the email provided a link to a page that then broke. I found it somehow through a different route that the tickets aren't available yet. I'd like better integration with moving the tickets into Apple Wallet too. It always seems a bit round the houses, but that could just be me. Your questions below don't apply as I haven't tried to communicate with you - you asked me to fill in a survey. So I've left them blank.”
