“On the whole easy to book, was a couple of things I had to call the venue about one was I was booking for 15 people, 13 adults and 2 kids so had to complete 2 bookings as was only able to book for 8 adults at a time and will need to call the venue again to make sure tables are together. Other thing was I couldn’t find what age kids tickets went up to.”

“The music was fantastic but the VIP area was disgusting. There were on 6 toilets and the ques were massive. The vip bars ques were huge too. It was quicker and easier to use the main toilets and bars. There was no water to wash your hand or toilet roll in the vip toilets half way through the day. Very disappointing after we paid extra to use the vip area. Everything was dirty and not maintained as you’d expect the this kind of area.”

“Had to download the skiddle app, which worked well, but the website was very poor, in terms of its performance. If you can improve your websites navigation process, i think this would be a useful website for purchasing tickets. Not just the app.”
