purchased jeans given dispatched date and tracking number didn't receive item contacted customer service about delay to be told item not in stock....absolute shambles

Made an order with the website stating the item was in stock. Then decide to dispatch and notify me simultaneously that my item wasn’t in stock but still sent the item that was. I needed both one without the other was useless.

I paid $580 for my clothes, I live in the US but you guys decided to value my whole packet over $800 so UPS charged me an import charge of $257. I emailed you guys to update the value to UPS. Still haven’t received a message back for that.

My order was partly correct. Some was missing and the sizes I didn't order was sent to me. Sent multiple emails haven't heard from Sinners ATTIRE as of yet. The 1 star goes to the quality to the merchandise,not bad.

Very poor won’t be ordering again paid for two swim shorts only received one pair, Royal Mail posted to the wrong address! Both companies very poor with trying to get a refund or the shorts I’ve paid for!
