“Ordered the AMALFI swimsuit that was supposed to be white, received it PINK as if it had been laundered with something red and the color bled into the swimsuit. Fabric looks old, the suit actually looks like it was used, returned, and resold.”

Hi Troy, we're really sorry to hear this as this certainly isn't the experience we want any customer to have. The AMALFI swim shorts are manufactured with a white base colour and go through quality control checks both at the factory and again before dispatch, so they should never arrive in the condition you've described. We also do not resell worn or used returns under any circumstances. It sounds like there may have been an issue with this particular printing of the item and we'd like to investigate this further for you. Please contact our customer service team with your order details and some photos of the item received so we can review this and put things right as quickly as possible. “I ordered for onyx black trainers on the 23rd of april and paid £8 extra to be delivered. Order no#352928. I have yet to receive my trainers. The shameful facts is that though the first white onyx trainers on time and i appreciate it, the second one as stated earlier has not and that has been over a week ago. I just need the refund if you cannot delivered as the information from Sinners Attire said the trainers will be here over the weekend. It has not arrived.”

“I’ll never buy a bundle from Sinners again. I purchased a blue and black pair of skinny jeans, and the sizing on the black pair was unbelievably off. I couldn’t even get my feet through the cuff. They were drastically smaller than the blue pair, which fit perfectly. It honestly felt like the black pair was thrown in as a dud, because I can’t imagine the sizing being that inconsistent between two items in the same bundle. Really disappointing.”

“I’ve placed my order weeks ago. I never received it and it was never shipped out. It’s hard getting in contact with somebody and I had plans to wear my items and had to go wi the another option due to the delivery still not being in transit . The shipment was suppose to been fast it’s been weeks my order still not delivered it’s still in the same spot when I tracked it. Very disappointed I was excited to order from this brand and it seems like a scam and I spent $150 with shipping and never got my package. I don’t recommend shopping here. I will never again purchase from here.”

“AVOID..:dpd delivered my when I wasn’t in they left it on my front door step ..even though instructions was them to leave in the green bin.when i arrived home parcel was gone …this company have told me i need to get a crime number from the police for them to look into the issue 😏like im going to ring the police and tell them my £40 jumper has been taken from my doorstep”

Hi Hayley, all our packages require a signature by changing this to be left if a safe place you then take full responsibility for the shipment and any losses, when doing this it is also shown on the dpd app when you agree to make changes to the delivery instructions

“Avoid this company if possible. Made my order £100 due for delivery with dpd. I was on holiday at the time of delivery so I got it delivered to a neighbour next door.. The dpd app said the parcel was delivered but it wasn't delivered to the address I had asked for. After speaking to dpd they advised I contact sinners to address the failed delivery. The response I got back from the company was because you changed the address means the parcel didn't require a signature which is incorrect, the app states that you still need a signature for delivery unless stated that you want it delivered to a safe place. Anyway they are refusing to help with the missing package! Please avoid!!”

Hi Adam, apologies we've sent the DPD response on this that the package was complaint and therefore they will take no further action, as mentioned yes all our parcels require a signature as standard, if you in anyway change this instruction to a safe place or a neighbour e.t.c you then would take full responsibility for the package as you are bypassing our request to have this signed for. hope this makes sense
