Gostaria de adicionar uma fotos mas não consigo porque a minha encomenda ainda não chegou! Não consigo dar review ao item comprado!!!Estou a dar review pois o envio para Portugal está demorar mais do que previsto! A previsão não é duas semanas !!!!

AVOID..:dpd delivered my when I wasn’t in they left it on my front door step ..even though instructions was them to leave in the green bin.when i arrived home parcel was gone …this company have told me i need to get a crime number from the police for them to look into the issue 😏like im going to ring the police and tell them my £40 jumper has been taken from my doorstep

Hi Hayley, all our packages require a signature by changing this to be left if a safe place you then take full responsibility for the shipment and any losses, when doing this it is also shown on the dpd app when you agree to make changes to the delivery instructions
Avoid this company if possible. Made my order £100 due for delivery with dpd. I was on holiday at the time of delivery so I got it delivered to a neighbour next door.. The dpd app said the parcel was delivered but it wasn't delivered to the address I had asked for. After speaking to dpd they advised I contact sinners to address the failed delivery. The response I got back from the company was because you changed the address means the parcel didn't require a signature which is incorrect, the app states that you still need a signature for delivery unless stated that you want it delivered to a safe place. Anyway they are refusing to help with the missing package! Please avoid!!

Hi Adam, apologies we've sent the DPD response on this that the package was complaint and therefore they will take no further action, as mentioned yes all our parcels require a signature as standard, if you in anyway change this instruction to a safe place or a neighbour e.t.c you then would take full responsibility for the package as you are bypassing our request to have this signed for. hope this makes sense

Terrible Delivery !! Be advised do you not pay express shipping and regular shipping this items doesn't take 3-5 business days take way longer I purchase October 25 is November 7 package still in transit I emailed customer service they say account is a business days only. 9 business days so far package is not even close.

We also can’t control how long customs your side take to process orders unfortunately and sometimes this can take longer than normal Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused

Sorry but I bought a pair of joggers then thought I'd just grab a couple of t-shirts in the sale but then received the order without the joggers which were the whole reason I ordered! Had I been notified and given an option I would have cancelled the order!

Refund system is the worst! Returned the pants that run smaller than the size is supposed to be, and instead of $30 (pants costs) they refunded me .70c! Which means, did not get a product and did not get a refund. How cool is that?! Scam!

Never got my cloths to give an honest review. There shipper FedEx lost my order. Requested a new order be shipped or cancel and refund order. Was only told they are working with fedex to resolve the issue. First and last time customer.

Muy mal hize un pedido superior a 150 € a finales del mes pasado y todavía no he recibido nada ni el pedido ni si quiera actualizaciónes por email , pone que está retenido en aduanas por falta de información, cuando envié todo lo que me pidieron , no vuelvo a comprar más de sinners attire , si no se soluciona el problema
