Sorry but I bought a pair of joggers then thought I'd just grab a couple of t-shirts in the sale but then received the order without the joggers which were the whole reason I ordered! Had I been notified and given an option I would have cancelled the order!

Refund system is the worst! Returned the pants that run smaller than the size is supposed to be, and instead of $30 (pants costs) they refunded me .70c! Which means, did not get a product and did not get a refund. How cool is that?! Scam!

Never got my cloths to give an honest review. There shipper FedEx lost my order. Requested a new order be shipped or cancel and refund order. Was only told they are working with fedex to resolve the issue. First and last time customer.

Muy mal hize un pedido superior a 150 € a finales del mes pasado y todavía no he recibido nada ni el pedido ni si quiera actualizaciónes por email , pone que está retenido en aduanas por falta de información, cuando envié todo lo que me pidieron , no vuelvo a comprar más de sinners attire , si no se soluciona el problema

I like the brand, i love clothing. But the return policy, the way they handle things, plus how many days (14 days to review the clothing you send back, to see if you get a refund or not. after confirming arrival off the returned shipments) they give themselves for this process. In stead off a immediate refund. Makes me think twice before ordering again anytime soon, if i am not 1000% sure about what is the right size.

Hi Bulent, we advise 14 days however the majority of the time its completed within 7 days, every item is inspected upon return and unfortunately this process takes time sorry for this reason we do not offer immediate refunds we do also provide sizes guides for each item along with the models measurements to help you choose the correct fit before ordering to avoid any issues if possible hope this helps Kind regards Martin

Immensely unfriendly and unhelpfull staff they, the will try and delay you until you cant return items. They use a lot of bots for customer service and instead of people they use npc's.

This is my revise review .The customer service its an absolute disgrace . After my first negative review Sinners Attire response was that i need to understand that solving complaints takes time ,that was after one month since my first email to them. Now, after more than two months problem still not solved still not answering to emails ( last one was on 21 jan) asking for a little more time for the return team to investigate how Royal mail lost my parcel. Called Royal mail couple of times after that and the answer is the same " nobody made a claim on that lost parcel " so they not even trying as long as the company got paid. So 1 start is still too much for the lack of respect towards your customers

Hi Constantin, sorry you've had sizing issues on some of the products the trek and assault tee's are muscle fit as stated which means they are smaller to sculpt the physique, we do provide specific size guides for each product along with the models height and weight so you can make sure you get the right fit before ordering. i can also see you've been speaking to becki regarding a return so please allow time for them to respond as quite often we have to get information from other 3rd parties and carriers which we can only answer your questions when we ourselves have answers from them hope this makes sense
Ordered from here and have ordered before and as per there website it states free delivery over £75 this is not the case. Emailed them and waited to place an order so they could rectify but had no response at all from it.

Ordered a pair of pants and a t-shirt for $170, only to be hit with an unexpected 30% tax from DHL before delivery. Transparency about these additional charges would’ve been appreciated. Hoping the quality justifies the price—otherwise, it might as well have come from AliExpress. Disappointed so far.

Hi Vlad, the Canadian duty threshold is very low, so when ordering internationally these are import charges imposed by customs your side unfortunately.
