I ordered 2 pairs of shorts, and both of them I was very disappointed with. The 1st pair which looked like it had compression as an inside layer was not compression, very surprisingly heavy and quality was very poor. The 2nd standard sports shorts were very poor quality, more so swimming trunks than sports shorts which was not what I was expecting. Unfortunately will not be ordering again.

I want to return items and it my email is not correct and have order number on that same email. Sent message on website and on instagram but no response. Hope someone gets back to me soon as I want to return the oversized clothes for a small size. Thanks

Hi Tate, apologies you’re having issue with a product fit, we do provide a size guide and measurement spec for each product so you can double check the size is right for you before purchasing. If the item is to big you probably need to size down as we use actual products from stock for the web images so everything is the exact
I ordered over £500 on Tuesday for the holidays. It's now Saturday and I have not received my next day delivery items. Becki at customer service could have sent the lost order yesterday so it was here for my holidays today, but she refused. Stick with gym king.

Hi Grant, as explained your order is within the royal mail network currently, we would not ordinarily replace the order until royal mail had declared this lost which would be after they had completed their investigation as there is a good chance this could turn up tomorrow as they have already told us they have a back log at the leeds depot, the team even went down to the depot to speak to staff to try and get more information for you to get this to you for your holiday. We had shipped your order next day as agreed but after this we are at the mercy of the carriers i'm afraid which is the case here. the team have done everything we could to assist you with this and i can only apologies for the issues we've had here with royal mail Kind regards Martin

Hi Scott, thanks for leaving the review unfortunately we cannot authorise discount codes you find from other websites, the majority of these are fake and the team wont honour these when you are rude and threaten to call the bank 😂 As we stated to you we only advertise active discount codes, the fake ones won’t work. We accept returns so you can send the items back for a full refund no problem at all
I paid for next day delivery. This was on a Saturday. The parcel was delivered Tuesday. Was not signed for and was just dropped at my front door. Very poor

Received the wrong order had to send the incorrect items back, then by the time I had received the correct items one of which was of terrible quality, it was outside of the 14 day returns policy.

I put one star because i cannot put zero… Ordered a short few days ago, got charged twice with a different price, after an hour i contact the customer service to ask why, they told me i’ve ordered two times the same item… which i never did, pass the process of payment one time, however got two different orders, with two different prices (one without the shipping cost, that got delivered one day later) the girl that attended me (Kirsty) mentioned they’d work out a free returning cost for that item, however the day that made it, asked for it and she told me that couldn’t be done, so i ended up paying twice, for two identical items, loosing my time returning it and even paying for it… The product is okay, however not worthy of 40£ for a shorts… not that good. It’s a pity as the brand have some cool items and nice potential, however very bad experience, really stopped me from buying other stuff.

Hi Jose, we have literally 10mins to cancel an order before it’s picked/packed and placed in mails sacks which is extremely difficult to find after that. When checking out you have to click confirm the order which then you are taking responsibility that everything is correct I can stress how vital this is. I have bought numerous pieces for Sinners Attire. The last pair of jeans i wore twice and the waistband fell apart. This has left me feeling very dissatisfied and dissatisfied.

Hi Lee. your order is at the local delivery office for collection, it appears the school have declined parcels if you check on the royal mail tracking page You can divert this to another address or collect delivery the delivery office
Don't waste your time, unless you know you won't return. My return apparently hasn't been proccessed. Currently having to start legal action which ive been trying to put off. Gave them QR code today, and they have all screenshots that were needed and information etc previously. Sick of smaller companies thinking they're immume from any unforseen problems and if one does arrise, they do anything to not have to deal with it. It's not them thats down on money, it's me, and i'm annoyed to be honest. Fed up of repeating myself as well. They asked me the same question 3 times and refused to just scroll up the email chain to find the first answer. How lazy is that? Can't even scroll up to see the already clearly given answer to a repeated question. Absolute p--stakers to be honest. The legal advisor i've given everything too was chuckling as he was reading through their responses. It was a joke tbh. Its a shame because the garments i did keep were great.

I have not received any of my package and I bought 2 jumpers and 2 shirts everytime I tryed to track it it wouldn't track and for the past week it has been sitting in the same spot I have tryed email but have had no responses not happy will not buy from again
