“The salesperson (Richard Broadbent) had sound product knowledge, was emotionally intelligent and a clear communicator who also listened, asked questions and proposed an appropriate solution without over or under-selling. This immediately inspired confidence and hastened towards a close. The back up systems in place supported him well and left no scope for confusion.”

“Very pleased with your service and prompt delivery. The only thing I would have liked was some instructions of suitable cleaning liquids to clean my new black granite sink.”

“Very pleased with the 2 taps and sinks ordered. Had a slight problem with one of the taps, I sent an email in the evening and by 9.30 the following morning had a telephone call from the manufacturer saying a replacement part would be despatched that day. Would definitely order from this company again”
