“was so impressed with the speedy service and pricing on my new kitchen Abode taps, that there was no question as to which site I was going to return to... so on my re-fit of my new bathroom I needed several items invluding bath taps or mixer and spout, basin taps and thermostatic shower valve and shower arm and head etc Superb, easy to navigate website made my choice so much easier (even though that I mixed and matched various design names); despite this fact, the differing Abode range parts I chose complement each other beautifully. Richard on the Technical Helpline, helped me firm my order up; and did so in such a way that it was as if he needed the parts for his own bathroom! 10 out of 10 service and greatly appreciated his; and the additional human interaction and touch too! (quick mention for the ever helpful lady/ies on the customer service desk too: professional and knowledgeable and helpful too). A real professional set-up and service... all round. Thank you. Cam”

“I was on "chat"last night, spoke to Paul, I think who was really helpful and guided me enabling me to make a decision today on the must suitable type or sink for my requirements. Today spoke to Richard who again was a brilliant embassador for the company, helpful, cheerful, courtesous and efficient, what more can I say. The prices seemed good also, so just waiting on delivery now.”

“Easy to order on Friday, arrived Monday seemed to come direct from Reginox. Overall happy with service from sinks-taps but did think sink would be shrink wrapped to avoid damage when fitting”
