“Had a problem with delivery not arriving despite being dispatched. Spoke to a lovely reassuring lady who phoned me back later to tell me that a new sink would be on its way. - Arrived the next day via Fed ex. Really brilliant service. Felt instantly well looked after. Thank you.”
