“Current climate has made purchasing fixtures and fittings problematic, expensive and stressful. Delighted to find an out of stock item at a very competitive price. Collecting from the Hinckley showroom was easy and swift. Overall a simple, stress free shopping experience and I have already recommended Simply Bathrooms to my family.”

“The unit, sink and tap haven’t been fitted yet. We are awaiting the plumber. However on collecting the items I was disappointed. Myself and my mum went into the showroom to look around as we are both having new bathrooms. Despite there being 2 men there we didn’t get acknowledge or offered any help. I thought it was very rude. Then on going around the corner to collect the items from the warehouse it was a similar experience. I understand I needed to wait but the lack of acknowledgement from any of the workers was just disappointing. I’m not sure I’d use simply bathrooms again. I’m rating the service as poor”
