“Although the Smokey blue was out of stock, we settled on the Pink. The product it's self is brilliant quality with the grout lines being indented 1mm to give it some texture. Mounted on Birch Ply too. I cut it in half, trimmed the tongue off and used it as a 1.2m x .6m splash back in the downstairs toilet. The company them self's let them self down. Although they did inform me our original chosen colour is discontinued (they need to remove it from website) I constantly had to chase to ask if its ben ordered/ when I'm expecting it. It seems emails are ignored and messages don't get relayed in the office. I clearly left notes to the store over the phone, which i know they wrote down on the delivery note "call customer when an hour away". This is because it comes on a pallet (2.4m x .6m) and it needed to be signed for. The company didn't call and i was worried by 4pm that they wont deliver/ I'll be charged. Extremely lucky for me, my decorator just so happened to be here 30 minutes before it arrived and he struggled to bring it into the house. Original plan was to lay it flat in the garage. While the product is of a fantastic quality and i know it wont fail (Joiner by trade and used to make similar stuff to this), overall experience was poor. Unlikely to order again from these.”

“This is no reflection on Simply Bathrooms, who supplied a good product but it's more to do with the delivery company Kertel. The driver delivered to the wrong house, so when I informed him he got very angry I pointed out he had put the tray under my neighbour's house sign showing the wrong address .so after a very frosty delivery he jumped back in his van all windows closed which he had left in the middle of our street blocking the road. One of my elderly neighbours pulled up in front of him in their car to which he then started a tirade of foul-mouthed abuse at them that I could hear from my driveway. for that reason I can only give 2 stars”

“The unit, sink and tap haven’t been fitted yet. We are awaiting the plumber. However on collecting the items I was disappointed. Myself and my mum went into the showroom to look around as we are both having new bathrooms. Despite there being 2 men there we didn’t get acknowledge or offered any help. I thought it was very rude. Then on going around the corner to collect the items from the warehouse it was a similar experience. I understand I needed to wait but the lack of acknowledgement from any of the workers was just disappointing. I’m not sure I’d use simply bathrooms again. I’m rating the service as poor”

“We were sent the wrong colour unit, told the correct colour would be sent but never arrived (back in March) the bathroom itself it nice looking but really tainted our experience. Had the unit fitted now in the colour which we didn’t order and looks pleasant enough with a different colour tile and floor from what we originally chose to go with.”
