The Grohe showers are beautifully fine tuned. Very pleased. However of the two identical shower units that we bought, one did not have the hose in the box. Simply Bathrooms attention to resolving this issue was not what I would have expected. They would not send a hose from another shower of the same make. Instead they said they would email Grohe for a hose to be sent direct. I received no update and had to initiate attempts to resolve the problem. There was no information available from them on Grohes response. Simply Bathrooms agreed to send out a hose but it was not by Grohe and it was a different (shorter) length. So not what I had paid for. I reluctantly agreed to their resolution due to time pressures of needing our existing failed showers replaced before Christmas. Why could Simply Bathrooms not have opened up a box of an identical shower and send a replacement hose to me and then they could resolve the matter with Grohe? I can only think that they didn’t want the hassle and top quality customer service is not a hallmark of the company. Competitive pricing for the goods but at a cost.

Ordering process was simple and communication by email was efficient. Collection was slow. The service points were "hidden". We are still in the middle of a pandemic and there were two service desks but only one was visible from the front of the shop so there were two people queuing while one was being served because the second person could't see the queue and we couldn't see them. Worse the customer being served told us there was an additional staff member available to serve, not the staff. Staff were polite in their dealings but seemed demoralised. Service was efficient once you reached a staff member.

Unfortunately you where let down by a supplier who did not deliver on time and was unable to give update. It resulted in me have to cancel the order and buy elsewhere to ensure I did not lose my plumber Throughout this your staff where first class

Easy to shop but paid for next day delivery , stayed in but no show. Tracking from Parcel Force very poor. Reported to Simply Bathrooms but as yet no response. Taps look great but label has different name to the ones I ordered, although look the same. Bit odd

Pretty naffed off when I saw the exact same product £30.00 less with Victoria Bathrooms.Any chance of a price match?
