“Ordered a bath from here, bath was very nice and good quality, good price. But the delivery was not good, I didn’t get an email or phone call or text about when it would be delivered, just told when I ordered it would be ‘between 7-10 days’ I got it delivered to my house (no one lived there at the moment as we are doing it up) and the bath was just left in the front garden, I didn’t even have an email or text saying it was delivered, just turned up one day and it was there so not great.”

“The service from Simply Bathrooms was excellent. The product, sadly, was not. The flip top plug when closed allows the water to drain faster than the old plug did when wide open.Looks good though.”

“Click clack unit for bath waste works well but fitting instructions very basic and plastic compression nut for overflow attachment flimsy, snapped as I tightened, luckily I had better quality compression nut from previous fitting which was compatible. The unit works well, seals well and no leaks on first time fitting but I thought plastic fittings would be better quality given that it was described as deluxe. Arrived within specified timeframe. Reasonable price.”

“Arrived as requested. No real problems. I would have given 5* but my order did not arrive for a week although they state 24 hour despatch. I thought this might be due to New Year but a phone call to them was needed to ascertain that the item was not in stock! An email explaining this would have been appreciated.”

“Toilet Seat was broken so Simply Bathrooms said they would replace it straight away. My only negative is the time it takes - to receive the item in the first place was 2 weeks and we are still waiting for our replacement.”
