“Awful service. Product arrived broken, problems with courier and delivery, door hinge came away after just a few weeks of use as the MDF is brittle, the sink didn’t fit on the top of the cabinet. When I complained, the company representative was unhelpful and made it difficult for me. Would not recommend product or company. Access to the tap fittings is also an issue given the shape of the sink but this is more a design issue.”

“To be fair I never thought of u guys round the corner I ordered with wicks waited three weeks then they never had one so refunded me my sister said what about u guys I ordered on Tuesday I had it by Thursday will get a bath and taps off u guys soon so very happy and I’ll pass the word About how good u are cheers again Carl”

“Easy to shop but paid for next day delivery , stayed in but no show. Tracking from Parcel Force very poor. Reported to Simply Bathrooms but as yet no response. Taps look great but label has different name to the ones I ordered, although look the same. Bit odd”

“Really impressed at the speed in dealing with our order for a new cloakroom vanity and sink unit. I ordered and within 15 minutes had a message from TNT to say it would be delivered the next day. Item was really well packed on a pallet at delivery 24 hours later. Very impressed with speed and efficiency. Would certainly use again. Thank you Simply Bathrooms!”
