Company weren’t terribly receptive when we called to voice our concerns

Ok at selling goods but a shocking returns policy by the manager. £50+vat to return a hand basin witht the value of £79. It cost £4.49 to receive it. Disgusting, & please beware of the returns policy before purchasing. Look everywhere else before buying from here. 😡😡

The valves were received broken. I contacted them and said they would send a replacement. And I’m still waiting. It’s been a week. And now no response. It took over a week to even receive them originally and already rearranged a plumber. Poor service.

After initial poor customer service, and lodging a complaint through PayPal, I have now been refunded the full delivery fee.

I ordered a toilet seat when it came I telephoned to say the screws were not included .The person who I spoke to virtually accused me of losing them with my plumber who was there with me to fit the seat .Eventually the person agreed to contact heritage for replacement although he kept insisting this hadn’t occurred before they were sealed units. Another week passed nothing came we still had no toilet seat .I contacted the Manager Ryan Clark Same voice and questions repeated again I was made again to feel my fault all I wanted by then was the screws , he even opened another seat and explained where they should be. He checked and said nothing had been done to get the missing screws and couldn’t remember talking to me last time . He said he would contact heritage I received a copied in email which said could screws be sent to customer missing from order and quoted number. Another week passed still no contact or screws now three weeks without seat. I sent email asking for update to Mr Clark who did not respond. I contacted Heritage directly explained situation they checked for invoice and email which they told me was found sent to incorrect place , to search order number they would have to go through all their orders they offered to contact Mr Clark directly for proof of payment however to save time I provided proof of payment. I had a new toilet seat within two days as the screws were not available until January. I emailed Mr Clark to say I had resolved the situation myself not that he had actioned any follow up to Heritage or me.If I had been asked to make a payment for the screws instead of being made to feel a liar I would have come to some agreement . This has caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience as my husband is fighting lung cancer feeling unwell. We are shielding and elderly. I have bought four toilet seats three from heritage over the years, the later from yourselves . I have been waiting to see if any follow up would come ,from Mr Clarke who’s customer service was appalling before complaining and will not be recommending Simply Bathrooms .

Following a complete failure by your courier Parcelforce, I drove an hour to your Leicester site an was helped by one of your staff. He was very helpful & knowledgeable and reinstated my faith in your company. You seriously need to consider alternative couriers... the driver was rude and unsupportive of you and your products. The box the first radiator arrived in looked like a badly inflated football. It had clearly been thrown and kicked around the van / warehouse. Feel free to call me to discuss, 07946 520633

Awful service. Product arrived broken, problems with courier and delivery, door hinge came away after just a few weeks of use as the MDF is brittle, the sink didn’t fit on the top of the cabinet. When I complained, the company representative was unhelpful and made it difficult for me. Would not recommend product or company. Access to the tap fittings is also an issue given the shape of the sink but this is more a design issue.

If there was a no star option I would have selected it - rude and no customer focus. I phoned and emailed the company on 24th August proving details of my complaint, time and vehicle number. Today, 8th September, I haven`t even received an acknowledgement On 24th August an operative parked across my driveway so I couldn't get out and I have regular medical visits to the house - there was a lot of available street parking and the property they were attending had its own drive, too I asked for them to move and I was given lots of unacceptable rudeness I provided the Company with details to follow up and get back to me and they have not responded If this is an example of their attitude, they don`t deserve even 1 star Very disappointing
