“Following a complete failure by your courier Parcelforce, I drove an hour to your Leicester site an was helped by one of your staff. He was very helpful & knowledgeable and reinstated my faith in your company. You seriously need to consider alternative couriers... the driver was rude and unsupportive of you and your products. The box the first radiator arrived in looked like a badly inflated football. It had clearly been thrown and kicked around the van / warehouse. Feel free to call me to discuss, 07946 520633”

“We were sent the wrong colour unit, told the correct colour would be sent but never arrived (back in March) the bathroom itself it nice looking but really tainted our experience. Had the unit fitted now in the colour which we didn’t order and looks pleasant enough with a different colour tile and floor from what we originally chose to go with.”

“Awful service. Product arrived broken, problems with courier and delivery, door hinge came away after just a few weeks of use as the MDF is brittle, the sink didn’t fit on the top of the cabinet. When I complained, the company representative was unhelpful and made it difficult for me. Would not recommend product or company. Access to the tap fittings is also an issue given the shape of the sink but this is more a design issue.”
