“The Grohe showers are beautifully fine tuned. Very pleased. However of the two identical shower units that we bought, one did not have the hose in the box. Simply Bathrooms attention to resolving this issue was not what I would have expected. They would not send a hose from another shower of the same make. Instead they said they would email Grohe for a hose to be sent direct. I received no update and had to initiate attempts to resolve the problem. There was no information available from them on Grohes response. Simply Bathrooms agreed to send out a hose but it was not by Grohe and it was a different (shorter) length. So not what I had paid for. I reluctantly agreed to their resolution due to time pressures of needing our existing failed showers replaced before Christmas. Why could Simply Bathrooms not have opened up a box of an identical shower and send a replacement hose to me and then they could resolve the matter with Grohe? I can only think that they didn’t want the hassle and top quality customer service is not a hallmark of the company. Competitive pricing for the goods but at a cost.”

“This is no reflection on Simply Bathrooms, who supplied a good product but it's more to do with the delivery company Kertel. The driver delivered to the wrong house, so when I informed him he got very angry I pointed out he had put the tray under my neighbour's house sign showing the wrong address .so after a very frosty delivery he jumped back in his van all windows closed which he had left in the middle of our street blocking the road. One of my elderly neighbours pulled up in front of him in their car to which he then started a tirade of foul-mouthed abuse at them that I could hear from my driveway. for that reason I can only give 2 stars”

“Ordered a bath from here, bath was very nice and good quality, good price. But the delivery was not good, I didn’t get an email or phone call or text about when it would be delivered, just told when I ordered it would be ‘between 7-10 days’ I got it delivered to my house (no one lived there at the moment as we are doing it up) and the bath was just left in the front garden, I didn’t even have an email or text saying it was delivered, just turned up one day and it was there so not great.”

“Arrived as requested. No real problems. I would have given 5* but my order did not arrive for a week although they state 24 hour despatch. I thought this might be due to New Year but a phone call to them was needed to ascertain that the item was not in stock! An email explaining this would have been appreciated.”
