The housed bearing I ordered was not as expected. After 3 calls made and none of the promised return calls or emails received I decided to take by business elsewhere.

Hi Karl. Thank you for taking the time to review your recent purchase and i'm sorry the product you ordered online was incorrect. Our records show that we have completed a return on our site for you but have not yet received the incorrect part back. Please feel free to return the product for a full refund as this falls within our 90 day returns policy. I have never purchased from Simply Bearings, but have an email similar to somebody who did. I informed them by email and never even received an acknowledgement. Then they ask me to leave a review! You can't fix stupid.

Hello Mark. Thank you for your review. We do not appear to have received any correspondence from yourself regarding this delivery before this review was placed. Royal Mail are showing it as having been delivered to your address at 10:50 am on 31st December. It would have been small enough to be pushed through your letterbox. I was not happy with the quality of the bearings. The bearings I received were not the same ones in the picture on the website.

We always ask our customers to call us in the first instance if there appears to be a problem. Unfortunately, we cannot sort it if we do not know about it. Haven't received the order, emailed the sales team 2x, got no response, but then they prompted me for a review so here it is. It would be great if you would read your emails or even better, deliver the orders after 3 weeks. Order Number - 5684445

Hi. Thank you for your review. I have searched your email address on our support suite, and we have not received any correspondence from the address shown on your screenshot. We reply to every email we receive. I have also checked our call recordings, and again, we have received no contact from the phone number on your account. I have looked at the delivery information with Royal Mail, and they delivered your item on 24-06-2019 at 8:48 am. Regards, Kelly.

ordered SOFT STEEL BALL received hardened ball bearings absolutely useless thank you for your reply they were not soft steel balls we were unable to drill them or even machine them with a milling cutter I will definitely never use you or your products again

Hello. Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the items you have received. As stated on our website: 'Although considered a soft ball, they have a hardness to 105 B (Brinell Scale).' - Soft Steel balls are required to have a degree of hardness so that they can be easily drilled, machined and welded. What went wrong is asking for problems to be solved before the review is added! So you only want good reviews? How is that supposed to help, the notion of reviews is to highlight any problems and be honest in assessment. I have not had any problems with your service, except for this. So if you decide to 'moderate' this review I'll know your motive is pure marketing, not producing the truth.

Delivery took WELL over a week, I have a business to run, could have got delivered next day locally, held up production!

The option that was chosen was the 2-7 Working Day Delivery option which will normally be delivered within 7 working days. You order was delivered in 8 working days and this is due to a stock discrepancy within our warehouse. We did attempt to contact you via telephone and email to advise of the potential delay however we appear to have had no reply to the communications. We have taken steps to ensure that this type of situation does not arise again so I can confidently say that you are very unlikely to see these delays on any future orders. Furthermore for future reference, if you are in need of an urgent delivery, we do offer faster delivery options such as 1-2 Working Day and Next Working Day guaranteed which in normal cases will ensure a delivery for when you need it, a testimony that you will see from many reviews on this site. Belt is not for my machine Cannot send it back as I have tried to fit it Not happy whatsoever you can have it back for a full refund including postage
