“The removers turned up promptly and set to taking the furniture out. However we had been told it wasn't necessary to take the clothes out of the wardrobe as they would just transfer from ours into their boxes. This turned out not to be the case, all our clothes were either stuffed into black bags or left in piles on the floors. Two of the under bed drawers had their runners detached and left on the top of the drawer contents. Some of the furniture was scratched, we didn't see this until after the men had left.”

“The guys packing & moving were good. Nothing broken. But the admin is poor. I was given a wrong quotation. And they said they’d come on a certain day to collect the empty boxes - 2 weeks later, I’m still waiting! Shame the organisation side lets them down.”

“The removal men were brilliant. There was nobody in the office on most occassions and our answer phone messages were not returned. We are still waiting for the collection of empty boxes.”
