The removers turned up promptly and set to taking the furniture out. However we had been told it wasn't necessary to take the clothes out of the wardrobe as they would just transfer from ours into their boxes. This turned out not to be the case, all our clothes were either stuffed into black bags or left in piles on the floors. Two of the under bed drawers had their runners detached and left on the top of the drawer contents. Some of the furniture was scratched, we didn't see this until after the men had left.
