“Kevin checked with the warehouse after I left an online message re letting me know when new trolley inset bags were back in stock. He found the one I needed and took the trouble to email me and then post it on to me - excellent customer service.”

“Kevin emailed me to let me know that the Arezzo petite navy/white spot shopping trolley which I had been waiting for was in back in stock-excellent customer service! After ordering it, it did not take long to arrive. I would have given a 5-star rating if my husband had not found one of the wheels so difficult to put on, after the first one fitted on easily. I have not had the pleasure of using it yet, but the height and size are perfect.”

“I couldn't work out how to attach the wheels. After sending an email I had a phone call immediately from a very helpful member of your team who talked me through it and my trolley was ready for use within minutes. Excellent customer service and a very good quality trolley. I would award you 10 out of 10 and recommend you without hesitation.”
