“Someone telephoned me to make sure that my post code was correct and the shopping trolley arrived quite quickly after ordering. The trolley was as I ordered and it seems ideal. I have yet to use it but it looks great.”

“Made contact when the trolley had ordered was out of stock giving me options as to what action I wanted. Dispatched item as soon as it came in as they had promised. Very pleased with Rolster trolley, it folds up when not in use, unfolds very easily and takes a good amount of shopping.”

“I ordered a shopping trolley on November 15th. which was delivered on the 18th. I rang Kevin to ask if I could exchange it for another one. (19th. Nov.) This was received back safely and I ordered an alternative on the 29th. Kevin sent me an e-mail on December 1st. to say that the warehouse was out of stock . To our mutual surprise, on the next day I had an e-mail from Parcel Force , and the delivery of the new “Denim” trolley ! I would like to commend Kevin - he was most helpful . His telephone manner was excellent , he kept me in touch with the progress, – even sending me a very helpful “U tube” e-mail. I send my thanks to you. Kind regards, Ruth Bowler.”
