“Being sent back as the bottles with straw kids u can tick and chose colour, but then u get the screw cap bottles. Support says u can’t get straw lids for them bottles as an option, well was an option 4 bottles being sent back Will not use Sho again”

Hi Nicky, Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, the Straw Lids do need to purchased separately when ordering the Original 2.0 Bottles. Apologies for any confusion caused. I can see that you've been in contact with our support team and they have explained that you did not add the Straw Lids to your order so it is correct that your bottles have come with the standard screw top lids instead.
