“This wasn’t my first sho purchase but it’s definitely my favourite. I bought the guzzler in purple and purchased the mystery box and got a water bottle with straw lid which I have given to my husband! Delighted with my new bottle and as always great service from sho!”

“I bought the XL tumbler on a pre order and I have had it a week now and I can’t lie I’m kind of obsessed. It comes everywhere with me! Onto a review of its actual features Temperature - SHO states that the XL tumbler keeps cold drinks cold for 12 hours. I have found with mine inside, on a somewhat warm day (20 degrees) that it lasted for 15 hours and still had ice inside (this was with 9 large ice cubes). The drink was cold and didn’t have a weird metallic taste that some insulated type cups seem to get. Unfortunately, I am not a huge hot drink drinker so I have not timed how long hot drinks last! But if the ice lasted 15 hours in a warm(ish) room, I have high hopes that it keeps hot drinks hot! Features - I like how it comes with TWO lid options. Although, as previously mentioned, I don’t drink hot drinks so I haven’t tried the hot drink lid much (the one without a straw). The lid with the straw is advertised as splash proof. I would agree as it does have some leaking if tipped completely upside down. However, it was only minimal leaking and I feel like I would trust this to put in a bag (if I was sure it would stay upright!) as I don’t feel like it would leak at a fast rate - but i’m not 100%. Maybe I’ll trial it. Customer service - I have nothing but positive words to say about the SHO team. They are really fast to respond on all social media platforms and email. When I was deciding which colour to get I was stuck between the lilac colour and the dusty rose ( I think they’re the right colour names) and a member of the team kindly took time out of their day to collect each cup and send me a picture of them both together under the same lighting so I could decide! What other company would do something so personal and helpful?! I can’t think of many. Also, I am not going to lie, I am an impatient person who didn’t read fully when checking out so I got confused with shipping times. I emailed customer service and they responded within a day with the NICEST explanation! Overall, Would I recommend this cup? Absolutely! Do I think it’s good value for money? I think it’s very well priced and not overpriced for what it is - it really does keep your drinks cold for ages (which is vital for an iced coffee lover) The picture attached shows what was inside after around 8 hours I want to say. Also just a note - I debated getting this because I already had a tiktok stanley dupe that was like £6. I really do think you get what you pay for because that is not insulated at all and the SHO cup just knocks it so far out the park its just really nice and refreshing to see a company that cares about the products they’re making as well as making them fairly priced!”

“I bought a big bottle for myself and a kids bottle for each of my sons. We love how cold it keeps the water. I’ve never known my sons to drink so much water. I also love the feel of the bottles. The kids designs are really fun. The boys love swapping between the straw and screw lid.”

“This is my 3rd SHO purchase. Same excellent quality as always. As a nurse this is great for when I'm on shift with it being 900mls keeps me going. It's not heavy to hold either. Love the colour and the lid options!”

“Brilliant! I am so happy with my bottles. I walk the dog on a daily basis and often at the yard all day, so to be able to keep water cold on a hot day is amazing. I can put ice cubes in my guzzler in the morning, and they are still there hours later! My kids also have one for school and they are the only bottle that so far have been indestructible.”
