“Bought mugs as gifts for hot drinks, added straw lids for cold drinks. Everyone agrees they are the best gifts received - all have been well used and appreciated. I have received repeated comments regarding the benefits of the SHO mugs (which I was already aware of since receiving my own gifts of drinks holders) - the reasons I was certain they would make useful gifts for others. The quality is excellent.”

“I ordered my items but accidentally entered my old address which is over 4 hours away from me now, the delivery was accepted by them, when I contacted customer service they said there was nothing they could do, I contacted where it had been delivered and they said they returned it to sender, when I told the company this they said they would contact me when they received it. I still haven't had any contact from the company, I know it was my mistake but being a big company I would expect a better resolution to this problem as this has happened once before with a different company and they refunded my order straight away and told me to re order to the correct address. I really liked the product but this experience has put me off ordering again”

Hello Nadia, Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, we're unable to retrieve an order once Royal Mail has delivered it. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. It is my understanding that you did not reach out to us until after your order had already been delivered to the incorrect address that you provided us with upon checkout. Had you contacted us before your order left us, we would have made every effort to rectify this for you. We have not yet received the order back from the new recipients at your old address but we will of course be in contact with you to arrange a refund or redelivery if/when this has been received. “We bought 3 for myself and daughter and granddaughter. They’re completely leakproof. I have an illness meaning I need to Drink from straws. The straw lid is brilliant for this. I was just watching our granddaughter on FaceTime drinking from hers and my daughter takes hers to work. Best bottles ever”

“Love love love! My 2 kids were wasting food each day lately with returned uneaten sandwiches everyday for a while but they don’t like school dinners or the restriction of eating in school canteen. I bought these to give them ramen noodles, which they snack on happily most days. 2 weeks in, and we have no more lunch food wasted. They take a packet of crisps, yoghurt and a little chocolate as well in their packed lunch, but most days, crisps and chocolates also come home uneaten, which can be taken another day. Thank you so much, saved all our sanities!”

“I love my products so much, water bottle and "game changer" food flask. I bought a coffee cup as a gift for my Mum and she loved it too. Fab selection of designs and colours. Delivery is always fast and items are packaged beautifully. 100% recommend.”
