“Really disappointed I've always had great service from SHO but my parcel was lost by Royal Mail almost two weeks ago and the correspondence from the SHO support team has been really poor and I still have no product or refund 😔”

“I was firstly very impressed with the product . I then used it for some porridge to take on my day out The seal on the lid came off n I am unable to put this back on which means the lid is not as tight fitting as it was with the seal”

“Not at all happy with the Pacto mug I ordered. I contacted customer services who eventually replied with a fob off answer, I have followed this up twice and they are still fobbing me off. I am most disappointed that I am being treated so badly.”
