“Not suitable for Left handed people as the spork just folds in half while trying to eat ... was told they are working on it ... but should say so on the site as it's big and bulky enough to carry in my bag on the train without taking all my own cutlery too.”

“I have bought the guzzler water bottle and 2x food flasks The food flasks allow my little human to take hot meals in to school when she has packed lunch especially in the winter/ colder months I bought the bottle as i have broken so many of the the hard plastic ones”

“I liked the colour, it does what it says on the box. I didn’t like the lid. The lid was hard to unscrew and sometimes because the lid has a secret space for sauces this unscrews too. Which is annoying.”

“This flask failed to keep food hot for even two hours, despite being marketed as suitable for long heat retention. As a result, it’s not fit for purpose. Customer service was worse than the product. Instead of offering a refund, they tried to blame me for “not following instructions,” which I absolutely did. This feels like an excuse to avoid honouring basic consumer rights. I’m now taking the issue to Trading Standards. Save your money and avoid this company.”

“I have bought a few of the products for myself and family. The food flasks are great for keeping my soup hot for when at work and the XL tumblers my husband and sons have used for hot and cold drinks and it fits nicely in the car cup holders. I have the 1.7l flask and it makes life easier to know how much I’m drinking . I’ve recently ordered the Newt and a coffee cup for my father in law. I highly recommend the SHO products and upon my recommendation a work colleague has also bought one. The products are very sturdy, well made, good quality, love the range of colours and styles and I will certainly be buying more x”
