“Absolutely fantastic products, I heat my food at 7.45am and by 12 noon when I get my lunch my food is still very hot and I don’t need to use the manky microwave at work anymore. They look stylish and do what they say they will. Thoroughly recommend SHO products and will be buying more for the family.”

“Great product and excellent customer care. Enjoyed the product and bought another as a gift. The double lid option is wonderful - probably a reflection of quick response of customer care to requests/review. The option to engrave is fantastic although extra word limit could have been better. 5 star still!”

“I’ve just purchased two coffee cups in the leopard print design, the design is beautiful however the lid is proving very unhygienic and impossible to clean. The seal is pretty impossible to remove and i’m now noticing mould spores under the seal 😩 I’ve tried lots of methods of cleaning but to date nothing is working”

“Terrible customer service. My order arrived damaged, I contacted customer support and four days later have still received no reply. SHO really need to do better in resolving issues. Based on this experience, I will not be using SHO again and would not recommend them to others.”

“Really disappointed, followed all tips, preheated, fill to top. Both food flask and cup not stayed hot, but luke warm. Reviews saying how great they are hv to be fake. Id like my money back, my order was nearly £50.”

“I love my handbag SHO I bought it so I could take it my bag for when I went to church. It fits right in my bag no problem. Love the colour could not recommend this anymore than it’s 100% what I wanted. Thank you for making the ideal bottle to fit in a bag.”

“Had ordered a food flask for my granddaughter with personalised name engraved on it engraving on it was not good enough for the xtrer money too small and could not be seen easily, then parcel force sent email to say that they were waiting for it when it was still at the engravers when it was dispatched parcel force gave me a day and times it would be delivered so stayed in NO SHOW got delivered the next day with no update flask is excellent but delivery service was bad”

“The cup I bought leaks terribly and has to be kept in a plastic bag, needless to say it doesn't go out often. The food flask is wonderful I can't rate it high enough. Choose your product carefully.”
